Opening Day 2026: A New Era of Community-First Baseball

Opening Day is here. And as we look out at two ballparks ready to welcome fans, DABOS Park in Montgomery and Valley Strong Ballpark in Visalia, I'm reminded why we started OnDeck Partners in the first place.
Four months ago, we made a bold commitment: to invest in Minor League Baseball as a force for community connection and cultural impact. We promised to be stewards, not just owners. To listen. To enhance traditions. And to measure success not only in wins and losses, but in the lasting memories we create and the communities we strengthen.
Today, as we cross the threshold into our first full season, I'm proud to report that promise is being kept. Our teams are ready to play ball and welcome our communities to gather and celebrate.
What We've Built Since December
In Montgomery, DABOS Park stands as a testament to our commitment. Modern amenities meet historic charm. Premium experiences exist alongside affordable access. Family zones have been reimagined. Local institutions are present inside the ballpark for every game. Every investment has been guided by a single question: How do we bring the community together to create the brightest possible future for Montgomery?
In Visalia, we've listened carefully to what makes Rawhide baseball sacred to the community, and we've committed to preserving that magic while introducing new possibilities. Fans will find expanded food and beverage offerings including the exclusive Red Barn Lager from Salty Walrus Brewing, upgraded in-game entertainment and improved merchandise selection.
Across both clubs, we've invested in our people, training and resources to build a culture that empowers every team member to bring smiles to all of our fans’ faces. Because we know: the ballpark experience is only as great as the people who bring that experience to life.
Our Promise Moving Forward
Baseball has always been about more than the final score. It's about connection: to our communities, to each other, to something bigger than ourselves.
To our fans: You will always have a voice. We listen. We adapt. We invest in experiences that matter to you.
To our employees: You are our competitive advantage. We invest in you. We empower you. We celebrate you.
To our community partners: We're here for the long term. We're committed to strengthening the towns we call home. We're looking for partnerships that matter.
To our players and coaches: You're not just athletes, you're role models and ambassadors. We're committed to creating an environment where you can develop, excel, and grow.
Opening Day represents a beginning. But it also represents a promise: that the ballpark will always be a place where you belong. Where memories are made. Where community thrives. Where baseball reminds us of what connects us all.
Thank you for being part of this journey. The best is yet to come.
