Mike Carney serves as Chief Executive Officer of OnDeck Partners, a sports business and investment company dedicated to elevating the fan experience and fostering sustainable growth within the communities where it operates. A seasoned sports executive, Mike brings a proven track record of building high-performing organizations and driving long-term value in both business and community impact.

Before co-founding OnDeck, Mike held senior leadership roles with the Washington Nationals as EVP of Business Operations and Chief Revenue Officer, leading large teams and focusing on building a winning culture. His work in strategy and operations played a key role in the team’s evolution and enduring success, including the Nationals’ 2019 World Series Championship.

Guided by a belief that sports can be a powerful catalyst for community connection and economic vitality, Mike leads OnDeck with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and integrity, helping to ensure that every investment strengthens both the teams and the towns they represent.

Jeff Wilen​

Jeff Wilen serves as the Chief Operating Officer of OnDeck Partners, where he leads efforts to enhance and expand the fan experience across the company’s Minor League Baseball portfolio. A dynamic executive with a passion for creating meaningful connections between fans and their hometown teams, Jeff brings decades of experience building in startups to Fortune 500 companies, building empowering cultures, driving growth, and delivering customer centric experiences.

Throughout his career, Jeff has operated at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational excellence—scaling organizations and enhancing how fans connect with the game. His leadership spans roles with the Cleveland Guardians and Memphis Redbirds, as well as industry innovators like Wayfair, CarGurus, Catapult Sports, and Owl Labs. At OnDeck, he leads efforts to strengthen team operations and leverage data and technology to elevate the fan experience across every ballpark. Jeff also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Sports Business at Boston College.

Jeff’s approach is grounded in collaboration and authenticity, with a focus on amplifying what already makes each community’s fan base unique. His vision for OnDeck is simple: elevate the everyday moments that make being a fan unforgettable.

Chirag Mithani

Chirag Mithani serves as Chief Financial Officer of OnDeck Partners, where he’s driving the organization’s financial vision and operational strategy to build a sustainable foundation for growth across its sports properties.

Before joining OnDeck, Chirag built a career that bridges global finance, operations, and sports management. He spent several years at the NBA League Office, where he helped shape financial and strategic initiatives impacting teams across the league, before joining Diamond Baseball Holdings as one of its early leaders. There, he played a key role in developing the group’s finance and operations structure during a period of rapid expansion, helping redefine how modern sports ownership can scale responsibly.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning the defense, fitness, and professional sports industries, Chirag is known for his ability to translate complex financial frameworks into clear, actionable growth strategies. His leadership philosophy centers on people and purpose, ensuring that OnDeck’s financial success translates into stronger teams, better fan experiences, and deeper community connections.
